The high quality, organic, gorgeous amber sugar crystals we use provide slightly more exfoliation than the coffee in the Lavish Scrub. Combined with organic lemongrass essential oil, this scrub is total delight!

To use our bath stix, remove one stix from the package and drop in the bathwater to activate the effervescence and release the wonderful essential oil blend aroma.
Stix can also be used in the shower- break one in half and moisten under the running shower water to activate the effervescence and release the wonderful essential oil blend aroma. Then place it on the floor of the shower towards the corner or just out of the direct spray of the water. Enjoy as the scent fills the shower!

Can also be used as a natural herbal decongesting steamer. Herbal steam can thin mucus and help it drain from your nose. For faster relief, pour boiling water into a large bowl. Let cool till safe. Drop in one Breath Easy or Rise and Shine shower drop. Cover head with a towel, lean over the bowl, and breathe in the steam for 10-15 minutes.
